@gmasters428 I think a better description is it's been dead so long it's fossilized.

Hi @John.Summers, It looks like the infamous store is down again. I click on store and nothing happens. I also noticed that the link is not showing in the tooltip at the bottom of the page. I hope this helps.
-
Hi @John.Summers, The store is back up and operational. However, I cannot select any of the MVP merchandise. If I hover over it, the link does not show up in the tooltip. I'm not sure if any of the other MVPs have had this issue.
-
Well, it looks like the store is down again.

I booked Austin the day it became available. I went to the one last year in Houston. It was great to have the one-on-one access to product managers. However, I do miss the SWUGs. The world tours are great for getting an overview of SolarWinds overall strategies and where it is headed. But I miss the deep dives into the…

I haven't seen them yet.

@John.Summers I noticed the MVP items in the store do not work. Is this an issue with the store itself or is it my account? I've been looking at the MVP half zip pullover and can't click on it. I tried the same for other MVP items and get the same results. I also noticed the url for the MVP items does not show up in the…

@zennifer I hope to see you again at the World Tour in Austin later this year. Depending on the location, it's not a long drive for me. I'm about 40 miles NW of the SolarWinds HQ. I did travel to the Houston one last year. My company is headquartered in Houston, so I was able to be seen in the office and attend the World…

From what I have seen, this describes a lot of places, including mine. However, I really like my job and enjoy the people I work with. And to be completely honest, I get paid to play with expensive cool hardware and software!
-
Hi @ecklerwr1 It looks like the MVP Exclusive stuff is not set up yet. The url for those does not show up in the tooltip. Other stuff is working though.

Hi Bob, Same here but I also added HTML/JavaScript to the mix. I've been creating a Data Center Latency dashboard as a HTML widget. I find that CoPilot can be a bit quirky. With PowerShell it was insistent that a line was correct even though it had a blatant error. And with other things it will tell you, "This will 100%…

Hi Zennifer, I think we have all felt that way. I'm hoping once they get the monthly missions back up and running things will go back to normal. FYI, I did see that the SolarWinds World Tour will be in Austin this year. I hope to see you there. I also miss the SWUG meets. You got a lot of great information over several…

We all need new swag.
-
Well, you can get into the store and look, but you can't select anything. So basically, it's window shopping.
-
That sounds like when you use CoPilot to help debug an issue. It always says it knows 100% what the issue is and here is the fix. Most of the time, the "fix" doesn't work. But each time it repeats with "this will 100% fix the issue…"

Are we looking at April or May?
-
How would you separate the two? To have feelings you need to be able to think about others.
-
well with a hammer and file you can flatten it out and sharpen it to be a knife! Just don't try that with a plastic spoon.
-
Regardless they really should be communicating updates on a regular basis. I think the lack of communication is really killing this site. It doesn't have the traffic it had before.
-
Well, it is the thought that counts…
-
What version of SolarWinds are you running? I'm on 2025.2 and do not have the option of setting the url on the tile.
-
Ok, thanks for the additional information. The link, /apps/ncm/nodes/status/1 needs to be added to the Widget Link URL under Title and Description. (See the first screenshot below.) Clicking on the link brings up the screen shown in the second screenshot. Notice it's already filtered for a status of Up. I hope this helps.
-
Can you provide some additional information. Which dashboard and what code you modified?
-
I have a similar report I did for VMware. I wanted to display all the guest systems grouped by the host. Your query is fine. You need to set up the group by at the table level. Notice the Group results by setting at the bottom of the page.
-
I want one! Does it come with an optional body cast? I have a feeling I may be needing one if I get it.
-
Basically, you need to create a SWQL Select statement that provides a number to each KPI box in the KPI object. So for nodes in critical state this should work: SELECT Count(H.NodeID) AS Critical FROM Orion.HardwareHealth.HardwareInfo H JOIN Orion.NodesCustomProperties C ON H.NodeID = C.NodeID WHERE StatusDescription =…

I like it.

You can also do it through the API with either PowerShell or Python but it's going to take some work to get it done. Is this a one off or something that will be ongoing?
-
You could host it at Hidden Falls Offroad Park so we can do some wheeling! We could have SolarWinds monitor our roll and pitch and alert before an impending rollover! Just teasing, I do want to try meeting up with you out there sometime. The MVP host is an interesting idea. I'm looking forward to whatever you come up with.

Hi John, AS with everyone else, I was able to perform the shortcut but couldn't access this week's questions. While I definitely see the logic in closing down this month's mission, I wonder about alienating part of the userbase. It's kind of a daily ritual for most of us to take a look at Thwack, answer a mission question…
