Just curious, are the monthly missions going to get any longer? The previous ones were usually 4 weeks. This two-week format leaves a large gap between missions making it hard to keep track of when the next one is starting.

For me this mission didn't show up until sometime late in the day yesterday after I had performed my daily check of Thwack. I even checked back later and still did not see it. I do not think I should have to expend an unlock on day one when the mission was not available to me.

Hi @jeffsudd , This is Brian. I met you last week at the Austin World Tour. I noticed for day 2 it does not look like you have answered any points until you answer the day's question. Then you can see your points total and the number of answered questions. Feel free to reach out to me if you want my views on any of this.

I would rethink that somewhat. People may be out for a variety of reasons, sick, vacation, SolarWinds World Tour, etc. Sometimes work, life or other things get in the way of a monthly mission. (I know it's a crazy thought) forcing someone to have to be here every day is a bit draconian especially when it's been 6 months…

I was at the Austin World Tour yesterday. SW has hired some additional staff to help with Thwack. From what I heard, things may be getting better soon.

Hi @John.Summers, The store is back up and operational. However, I cannot select any of the MVP merchandise. If I hover over it, the link does not show up in the tooltip. I'm not sure if any of the other MVPs have had this issue.
