Please verify that the FTP server details and the port number of the call manager in VNQM settings.

If you remove phones from one call manager and add them to another call manager on the first device, it shows as "Unregistered", and on the new on it will show as "Registered". Once you move the phones to the new call manager, delete the first node and add it back to VNQM.

SSH to the virtual appliance and type the following commands. appliance -> ntpconfig Then enter the NTP server details. Furthermore, you can specify NTP server at the VM level as well. For example in VMware you can enable “Synchronize guest time with host”. I believe it is taking host ntp details by default.
