3rd party patching

Went through the step-by-step process to setup 3rd party patching. Publishing software successful and now when I click on Third Party Updates on my WSUS server to approve, I noticed on the State tab that it says, "Failed to download".

Right click on the app and select "download content" first, before clicking "publish package".
