rharland2012 what justification did you use for having them send you SNMP Traps? I have everything else setup except Traps.

Yes I do. There was hesitation to apply this rule to all 800+ servers that we have in monitoring. So we picked out the repeat offenders.

Here's something new we recently discovered. Global Admins can perform Content Searches in O365 email and then delete their search history. So, in other words, an admin can search for payroll information in email and then delete his/her tracks once he/she is done. Yikes!

They haven't stopped support for it but it is limited. Frankly, 2012 is old and it will limit functionality. Onward & upward!

My company, like most all companies, have closed their offices and we are all working remote. We have O365 licenses for Skype/Teams so I guess this monitoring won't apply to us?

During my ASA UX I pushed hard for monitoring of the VPN license usage vs. license capacity. Cuz if you've ever run out of VPN licenses... life is baaaaad!
