This would be so helpful. We use tasks for account creation notification to other systems admins in IT and they comment the username and password of that account so it tags back to the main onboarding ticket. I just removed someone as agent and put his role to task user and he is complaining he has to reply to the task…

The easiest solution is clone the role and customize. SWSD support has been very responsive to this.
