You can already do this in both Network Atlas and Orion Maps. Either tool it is slightly different to locate but for NA you find the WLC that hosts the AP in the bottom expanding box, then expand the WLC out. All visible APs will be seen. For OM, type in the WLC name and once it returns the result(s) hover over the WLC and…

Bump and voted for. We would welcome this feature as we frequently have to amend the discovered names to a. match our internal formatting and b. to comply with another tool that this integrates with.

Top way to respond to issues - thank you Kevin.

6 was, for me a network engineer by trade, straightforward. I deal with these daily, BUT CONSIDER TCP or ICMP
-
100% Agreed.

I don't have UDT so not sure iof this is relevant but you can achieve this within NPM. Settings > All Settings > Node & Group Mgmt > 'Manage Pollers' Group them however you like but 'No Grouping' probably easiest, then scroll down to "Topology: Layer 3" then look right and change that On to Off.

Personally speaking, I hare these letter substitution things as I am forever getting the wrong letter from the wrong row! But after a few weird answers, and false starts I have 10 green ticks. Well happy with that.

Thank you. Most helpful

Also, I'll add and point out that it is a HUGE, for us, caveat with the new world offering. This bit you probably know, is that you can currently configure groups and sub-groups in NPM to show group specific maps. So when you name a map in Atlas, with the same name as a group, then that map shows up only in that group. You…

@"yumdarling" - I don't see a register button as I definitely want to attend that Sept 16th session. What am I doing wrong? I clicked both your links they take me to a description page only.

It works quite well in NA but whilst nice it isn't critical.

Ahh pants ... I had a perfect month until the last day when an unexpected trip to A&E meant no internetting and so missed the day... @"danielleh"- any chance of a free entry to Friday or at least in future extend each week's closing date to allow for unexpected happenings???
-
Morning all ... @"yumdarling" - I note all the sessions for THWACKCamp are listed as CDT... as a consequence this will make the vast majority of sessions outside of my work day. As I am also a foster carer to 2 young babies, when at home (hah, I mean when no longer working at home) I have zero time to myself to log back in…
-
Thank you sir...I should have thought of that.
-
Same for me @"yumdarling"
-
ohh - I see what you did there!

As ever I had a great time and it was good to re-connect with fellow MVP's from around the EMEA area. They absolutely make this event more worthwhile for me, but also to anybody I spoke or connected with - diolch. Diolch yn fawr from this Welshman and I [more than you will ever know], appreciate the enormity of putting on…

FINALLY, ohh but that was bugging me. Had to enlist my son's help to get 4 across and he sussed it as he is one - LOL. Clue would have been better if it read " Eloper Eration" [i.e. with a space] and 13 across was just plain annoying as it isn't strictly speaking two words.

KPina has responded about this:

Thanks @"shuth" your response didn't show up until after I'd deleted and re-phrased my query, as that was the page I found If you have any advice about alerting on these I'd love for you to also share that? A PM is fine as well, thanks.

I'm all registered but I need to negotiate finding help for my wife with our 3 foster children first. End result - I may not be there which would be sad, as it would be my first ever in person SWUG.
-
@"frak" - did you find that code yet please?
-
Agreed, or at the very least a bulk remove option.
-
Someone who's name I actually recognise as a contributor has finally won something. Nice one @"routermonkey"
-
Then they shouldn't release it and tag me into a notification stating "now out" LOL. Especially as most days my work day is done by 15:00....
-
Not even got a link here but gambled and got the answer right
-
Thanks @"tmumaugh" I never knew that. I just saw the line saying winners to be announced and wondered where. Now I know
-
And one more request ... An ability to export maps to Visio and/or other diagramming tools.
-
3 clues to go .... 2 Across 3 Down - I think I might know this one but can't fit anything to 2 across which is linked. 18 across - not a freakin clue on this one.

My first month of entering one of these 'monthly challenges' and I miss out on answering the last two questions because of busyness in work. @"yumdarling" Is there any leeway in when the challenges close as I tend to do bulk update / answering a week later?
