Hello. I checked the default alert. It looks like when the cpu value is high it triggers sending an email and in that email it includes the current values of top10 processes. So it is just a snapshot of the moment and not a value that we save in the database. Therefore I wouldn't know how we'd be able to create your…

Hello. An alternative to excluding your maintenance times as described by Martian Monster, you could add the following rule to the alert (duplicate exiting one to edit it): "condition must exist for X minutes", so e.g. it only triggers an alert when your application is down for 10min: Best regards, Steffen

Hello. How should Orion know whether a client is down? The Access Points sees who is connected and the amount of traffic. So without actively monitoring your clients as a Node in Orion, I doubt that your goal can be achieved. Here is the info that can be displayed: Best regards, Steffen

Hello. I am not familiar with Regex but there is a default comparison criteria for ignoring hex data. Maybe you could create something similar to this to exclude the pattern '1, 2 or 3 digit decimal number followed by space followed by colon' (e.g: "167 :" as the start of the line) good luck & best regards, Steffen

Hello Mudassir, I'd say to focus on showing who did a change to the software or hardware of a server and when did it happen. Hello. Are you using more than just the SAM module? An element is either a device (node), interface or volume. Best regards, Steffen

Hello. You could create a 1-time job or 2 actually. First one to download all current configs from selected devices; and then the 2nd job to export all those configs to a location of your choice. On your Orion Dashboard look for "Configs" and then pick "Jobs". Is this what you were looking for? Best regards, Steffen
