I have to say I disagree. I much prefer an intuitive approach that makes me interact with the demo, rather than searching a document for keywords and trying to make sure there aren't any "gotcha" technicalities that result in a red x. I find that most times there's a question that links to the demo, I not only get it…

Sure wish this could get some more votes. The message center really could empower the end user to get the data they need without having to come to Monitoring Admins, if it were updated to allow for it.

Meh - these missions are losing my interests more and more lately. There isn't really anything of value in the questions. I never learn anything meaningful about any features or anything....just "gotcha" questions that are based on semantics or irrelevant information.

Thanks for the article. Good, simplistic advice. I'd like to add a final step of reviewing what could possibly be improved upon from the 3 steps you provided. Often times after questions are answered, the avenue to improve things is also opened up.
