Also, one point of frustration I am dealing with from the user experience perspective is anyone offering suggestions or making requests on how to improve their experience. I feel like I am constantly asking for feedback but nobody offers any.

There's a 3rd answer that should have been counted as well, but wasn't.

Whoa....I just noticed that. Weird, since SW is based in the "dirty south". Maybe they had a inside joke or something?

Today's question definitely should have been worded differently. The real answer (to the right of the 3rd column) isn't actually an option and I chose the one closest to it, and of course got it wrong.
