Thanks for the article! Good thing to point out about actually testing the backups instead of blindly trusting them. 

I foresee a deep dive into SDN technology on my side. A strong move towards this and migrating our current architecture to this model going forward. I also foresee much grumbling from network engineers having to learn new stuff. I'm with the other folks also, saying that DevOps will see a boost in 2020.

I got Q19 correct, but only through reading the comments. I would have gotten it wrong just using the hint. It was poorly worded. Q20 still broken.
