It's take SW too long with that... I test that in the RC that feature came ... It's was bad bad ide to make it part of the topology polling..

Hi Do we have some Juniper native support in next realese? :-) /SJA
-
Hi ctopaloglu I’m sure that if there is business case to open IPSLA to other vendors like JUNIPER Solarwinds will do that.I think you need to relax J It’s not worth getting angry over

What I more looking for is the 'down time' Like you did with nodes DATEDIFF(HH,LastSystemUpTimePollUtc,GETDATE()) as HoursDown Is it possible with 'InterfaceLastChange' ? I have the interface availability in % from the writer but not down time in hours /days.. Thanks SJA

Hi Michal What is that ? ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* Hello, there can be multiple reasons. For example, multicast routing is currently supported on Cisco Devices…

Hi Did you try the External websites under admin? /SJA
-
Thanks that was that...

Hej Pepole Anyone else think that kind of tool on the NPM server is interesting to a feature request? That could publish outage or plan service. /SJA
-
Yes and under Owner there are OwnerA OwnerB That work just fine FROM [NPMSLX].[dbo].[NodesCustomProperties] Where Owner='EM' Do I need to join NCM_NodeProperties ?
-
That could be nice FR for NPM/NCM integration Like you have "Compliance remediation script" you could have Ncm action that update NPM with that interface ?

Mr J is 100% right. VM host that take 100% of the resources (CPU/IO/RAM) it does not make sense to run it as VM host. Yes you can run very big SQL on VM and VM is usely not the problem. It's usely the SAN = IO. If your SAN can take the load so no problem :-) If not make the SAN pepole run the DB on RAM DISK or SSD. /SJA
-
Well demand is elastic :-) I run SLX with 1 engine around 8000 elemets defualt polling NPM 10.4 The DB is 4 years old hp proliant g5 dl380 with 24G RAM 2 CPU (8 core total ) 2% use 50% RAM The 2 App server running the same proliant g5 dl380 10G RAM 1 CPU (4 core total) 10-20 CPU 45% RAM I still don't see why you need 64G…

Cool We need support to MX EX SRX /SJA
-
its sure a new one thanks for pointing that out....
-
I will start google that problem on OS X sites... Something is buggy... if one server is quite OK with standart MIBII oid and the other is not.
-
Hi You are right... Solarwinds will not send interface down alert when the node is down I Sure like to see same logic when a LAG interface some have relationship to other interfaces /SJA
-
Cool I Think I have a ticket from the same RC that introduced the discovery and "weather maps colors" I still can't put only 1 interface on a map or use lag/bundle that more then 2 years ago :-( They push so many features to Orion but sometimes forget to clean up...
-
her her is problem we just run into 2 Cisco switches with the same Ip ... switch A send trap that there PSU is down the Ip is resolved to switch B host name!!!! so you ssh to switch B there is no PSU down here.... any one run into that?
-
Hi jbiggley Did you work with that eye share? It’s look promising for some reason but ....sure like some real people opinion and not sales people :-/ /Sja
