Old post appreciated, but lack of support and development render's Network Atlas of very limited value.

We use Solarwinds (NPM/NTA/NCM/SAM/IPAM/UDT) as our primary platform but also use HP's Insight Manager for our remaining physical tin and then Huawei's eSight Manager for our router's (All Huawei), we are phasing out both Opmanager products and Sitescope.

Tried and failed reverted back to 2008 R2.

I think what annoys me is that the ups manufacturers supply mib files with their products but Solarwinds wont allow you to import them, these are mainstream ups manufacturers (Riello and Eaton). new log viewer but its all working now changed logging facility from 4 to 7 and it made a huge difference have 20+ units all working as expected.

When you say node this is an external website (in this instance www.solarwinds.com) and is available as per any other internet browsing activity via our proxy servers. The polling engines can access the internet through our proxy servers only. See attached picture's, sorry theres a few of them.

All we want to do is see if an external website is there , We can browse to the SW website with no issue's, it seems that the SAM template does not work (but then we could be missing the point of the template)

Yeah no native ncm support is a bummer, we are constantly having to look outside SW for solutions which is just putting nails in its coffin, lets hope 12 picks these issues up and corrects them
