Totally agree. In some cases a team wants to provide extra info when they are working on a change and would like to have fields available they could use.
-
I totally agree. Currently export to csv gives you extra steps to take to make it a good overview of your assets. Table view would be perfect and does no longer let me take extra steps to make a report.
-
Just go to Settings -> Global Settings -> Service Portal. There is a check box for this.
-
I Agree on this. Would be helpful. Also i find the export option for asset for example not perfect. We use SharePoint at the moment which gives a perfect excel expert as table. The csv export is not readable and we need to take extra steps to convert it.

Users can see all tickets in their view. In our case i would prefer to have a standard filter setup which does not show closed tickets.

I totally agree. Should be a nice feature to remove this. I also find it confusing as it will trigger and incident instead of a request. And as we are in the service catalog page this is confusing and people can easily thinbk it is a request they can send with this. And as you suggested the butto on top is good enough.

Would be perfect.

I agree with this request.

This would be a great feature. We use the On Stock status normally in our current lists but i cannot set this up in here. Need to put it on Hold. Would also be nice to add if a computer is networked or not.
-
I totally agree. Would be nice to add our own category for this. Also the reporting would be nice the be able to have a filter option to export to excel without getting the entire list.
-
I totally agree. Removing this feature was a bad idea. I know my users are used to approving stuff in their email. Removing sounds like a step back. Please add this again in the template.

I agree. We had built for example an onboarding and offboarding service catalog item with approval flow and tasks. Sometimes some users who need to approve by accident have declined a request and a restart of the process would help us fix the issue without asking our users to resubmit the form when it is not their fault in…

Mel, I totally agree on this. I can imagine they did not put this in by default as they have used it in all other views.
-
Would be nice to disable this. Also an issue in this is that replying adds the info from and subject above the line. You need to remove that all the time to add a decent comment.
-
Would be nice to be able to comment on tasks. Or approval requests.

I am not able to see asset management info or any changes yet. Is it already active for everyone?
-
I disagree for a bit as in some cases this can help solve an issue with the change request. I would suggest that if removed to let an admin still be able to use this function. A normal agent should not be able to do this.
-
Thanks that worked for me. However i am now only getting 2024 data and not data from 2023 and older. Any suggestions?
-
Ok thanks. Are you also planning in adding some kind of table view with exporting views etc? As this would also resolve our problem. CSV would mean we have to take some extra steps. SharePoint does have the option and opens the file with filters on each column.
-
Assets would be important for example for us. But this is because ServiceDesk has csv export and not real table view export which Power BI can help us with.

Discovering feature is nice. However i noticed it is missing things so i understand Kurt his message. I am experiencing a similar issue in which i would like to add a status for computers on Stock to be put on my own status called "On Stock" Also it is missing an option for non networked pc's. These we wish to have on the…

Will there one day also be a connection between SharePoint and ServiceDesk?

Hello @"iwanhasan", how where you able to get this rolled back. We are just new to the product and would rather have that option enabled.
