Would like to know if this version fixes the issues with Info Services V3. Also how compatible is it with Windows 2008 R2 - looking at upgrading to windows 2012 R2 then upgrade to NPM 12

Ok, I am not sure if I can use an existing application monitor and add the node names to it or create a new one specifically for these polling engines and I have no idea what the credentials need to be.

I do not understand ???? On your Orion server, open Orion Universal Device Poller. Right click on the UnDP(s) Click Web Display Make sure the "Do not show this poller if it is not assigned' box IS checked.

2 DBs - on 2 VMs - yes same content in this example I have not done a backup of the database before. it is done automatically - we are having issues with that as well with space. Is there a way to just backup that part of the database?

Steve, Here is how I have the alert template set to trigger. Before the view below I noticed that I did not have the OM Weblogic application added and I changed the child conditions from component to application status.

The two steps I deleted were because the recording did what it needed and logged back out of the application therefore the last two steps were no longer needed with the new credentials used.

Although this works it still not exact. In the working environment all 3 charts are listed in the customize page resources and when I add them to the non-working environment it is showing all 3 charts on the same device when it should only show Cisco or Arris for that device being looked at. and only show tunnel interfaces…

Hello Steve, I had another issue with the jmx bridge stopped but yet I did not get an email stating that it stopped on the poller. This is not the orion poller but one of our additional polling engines. I had closed the previous ticket as it was no longer needed. Is there anything you can suggest to help us monitor this…

The other script is working now as well. It was a combination of the server being moved from one polling Engine to another and other hands touching things.

we have multiple pollers and I have tried this device on 3 different pollers. We are not having any issues with other devices on these other pollers.

I do have a question. Changing the time from 300 seconds to 600 is the duration between the recording times correct, or is that the time it takes the recording to run?
