There are no release notes for this HF. It is specifically release just to address this issue, we wanted to get it out asap. Is there some specific information you are looking for?
-
jmorganthall, am I right saying you have quite old version of Serv-U? Probably version 6? I know this is not what you want to hear, but I really recommend you to upgrade as this one is end of life for a long time.

Hi sylvainj, we track this as a bug under # 346720 and we will see into fixing this in future releases. Peter
-
I'm checking with engineering. thanks for details!
-
Hi, we reproduced the issue and it seems to be by design. I create a feature request # 293267 in our internal systems for using of consistent colors. Please also feel free to create Idea in Web Help Desk Ideation page. Thanks, Peter
-
Thanks this is very helpful. Let me please have our Engineering to look at this.
-
We have just today release SR 15.0.1, where we fixed this issue. Please have a look on the annoucement Serv-U Service Release 15.0.1 Now Available.

It should work. If you click on new ticket and search for a client in LDAP and see department defined in search results, then this should work. I recommend to contact support, so they can look into it.
-
Great, I'm glad it works for you!

The location of bb_config.xml has changed at some point in the past. Currently it is located at whd-web.jar\Resources\bb_config.xml. If a user wants to modify they should do the following: - Stop WHD - Back up whd-web.jar - Edit bb_config.xml within the whd-web.jar, e.g. Total Commander allows user to modify files packed…

We will! Thanks for reporting this Daniel, we are tracking this under # 312801 and get it fixed in future releases.
-
I just checked and it redirects you to page where you can download CSS Template. It's not working for you? What do you see?
-
Hi Jeff, we are not able to reproduce this behavior. Let me know if you have any more details. Thanks, Peter
-
I'm glad it's working!
-
What we changed is the behavior, when you clicked on other menu items, e.g. Setup ticket is now not locked anymore. This was counter-intuitive and users forgot to click on back-arrow to "unlock" the ticket. Now it will be unlocked by opening any other view.
-
Can you elaborate it a bit please? I'm curious to know how you worked around it.
-
Let us try to reproduce this, we did not touch this functionality, so it should work. (Tracking under # 390165 internally)

Hi Guys, we are very much interested in moving WHD forward and Mobile App is part of the equation. I recommend if you have any specific requests to use Web Help Desk Ideation page, where other users can vote, comment and also extend the requests to theirs. I assume you contacted Solarwinds support with the iPhone issue? So…

Hi James, thanks for feedback, we will definitely look into documenting this feature better and I will consider to write a Blog Post before it. Currently only possible fields are those mentioned here: Ticket:1014 Action:TechUpdate Hidden:NO Status:Pending EmailClient:NO Reassign:sally@mycompany.com MinutesWorked:30…

What is the format of link you are clicking on? Can you paste it here? Do you see any error messages? What versions of Dameware and WHD you have? I can imagine that you are by mistake clicking on link generated by "Other Tools Links" and not on link created by "DameWare Integration Links Enabled" feature.

Thanks for the details. Handling of Silverlight (or generally other similar technologies like Java or Flash) is different than HTML. We don't have such a control over content and actions as with HTML page, so there are limitations to what we can do. However if I understand you right, then main problem is that recording…

Hi Troy, I'm not sure what you are looking for. You can define target time in the search settings. Peter
-
Let me check with Dev team, on what we can share .
-
It turns out this is not possible and it would be a feature request. I suggest to create a request in the page for Web Help Desk Feature Requests and see what other users think. Thanks!
-
Oh sorry, I misread your question . Anyhow conners is absolutely right.
-
This is a feature request. I created a FR in our internal system under # 331372.
-
What do you have mentioned in history of the ticket? There should be details of the change. Do you have any?
-
Gianni, have you asked support on this? I would really recommend to contact support via Submit a Customer Service or Technical Support Ticket - SolarWinds so we can have a look at that, possibly including engineering.
-
Hi Paul, yes you are correct, that generally it is not recommended to touch DB, so your approach is correct. We are working on next release of WPM. I understand it looks like we are not, since the last release was some time ago, but we want to further develop WPM. Therefore I would recommend you to create a FR on WPM…

Glad it works!
