Hi Chris, Let me check in our team, if we can find some solution to this. Peter
-
Hey Guys, this is known issue, which we tracked under # 260711. It's already fixed in 12.1.0 release, which is now available as RC. Peter
-
Hi Tom, I'd like our engineering look into this. Can you please create support ticket for this issue? You can do it via Submit a Customer Service or Technical Support Ticket - SolarWinds. Thanks!
-
Hey Justin, thanks! To ensure compatibility we created redirect to new gallery.
-
Hey guys, just want to let you know that 12.2 is generally available now! You can find it on your customer portal (http://customerportal.solarwinds.com/) or on www.webhelpdesk.com.

Hi Ana, this is known issue, which we track under number 193354 and we will look at in future releases. I added your details to this issues record. Peter

Hi Scott, We do not have any “official” stats, but to give the customer an idea of relative bandwidth utilization, in scanning a /20 we see average bandwidth of ~225 Kb/s, burst up to 1Mb/s. Pretty minimal. Let me know if that helps, Peter
-
Hi, playback of the recording is from your web application perspective same thing a if you would be clicking in browser. So any operation you record is played back and your applications reacts as any user would perform same. So if any actions you record modify database of your application it will happen also when played…

Hi raybccul, can you please share the exact log messages you found? This looks like some problem possibly on server side of the share? I would also recommend to contact support to troubleshoot this more. Thanks, Peter
-
If you rerun the scan can you see them discovered? What are types of devices and OS which are not discovered? I would recommend to contact our support via Submit a Customer Service or Technical Support Ticket - SolarWinds to help you make this work asap.
-
I would not recommend to use direct calls like this as they may easily change in future. I would rather be interested to know you are trying to achieve?
-
I recommend to create a feature request in Serv-U FTP Server & MFT Server Feature Requests area so other users can vote and comment on this idea. Thanks!
-
Hi Nuig, is this only Tech haveng this issue? I guess there are no error messages, warning or notes when he is logged of? Did you change any setting of WHD related to session? Peter
-
I would not remove the content of question. If other users will experience similar behaviour they would know to go to support right away.
-
I agree with typhoon87, this does not sound normal. Please go ahead and create a ticket via Submit a Customer Service or Technical Support Ticket - SolarWinds so we can look into it.
-
Anthony, I suggest to create a Feature Request in Web Performance Monitor (formerly SeUM) Feature Requests area.
-
Hi, so far we are not able to reproduce this issue. Can you please contact Solarwinds support to look into this? Thanks, Peter
-
Hi, let us see if our QA can reproduce this problem. Peter
-
When you succeed with configuring it, can you please share more details on how you did it for other users? Thanks!
-
There is native integration between WHD and Dameware. First ensure you have latest versions of both products and then configuration is very easy. You can find more details about integration here: WHD 12.2 and Dameware 11.1 Beta Available!
-
This will require access to SQL directly. You can use a query similar to this: select * from client where creation_date > DATEADD(hour, -1, GETDATE())
-
I would say that most likely not possible, but let me check with engineering.
-
It may be hard to say without seeing the details of the ticket, can you post few screenshots of the ticket which is missing? Does the Worked on time really fits into time range? What is the value?
-
This would definitely require some investigation. I would recommend to contact support for this issues via Submit a Customer Service or Technical Support Ticket - SolarWinds.
-
I recommend to talk to sales. This is possible, but it depends on your specific case.
-
Currently WHD aggregates times to last assigned Tech. We want to introduce this report and track this as a feature request under # 293204. I added your details to the record, so we can let you know as soon as we have it. In the meantime the workaround would be to run the report using Crystal Reports or Microsoft Reporting…
-
Hi Russ, do you have a specific problem and can you describe it please? In general our QA tested various silverlight applications, but more details would help to give you useful advice. Thanks, Peter
-
Hi nraney, Tech permission set is defined in detailed settings of Tech account, so I assume that you have 25 seat license and you created 25 Tech accounts and for each you assigned Tech permission set? Peter
-
Our best understanding at the moment is that this is OS issue and Serv-U itself is not vulnerable. However we are still investigating and double-checking, so will confirm soon.

I don't see other way as pairing API Keys with user account in your application (outside of WHD) and when user successfully authenticate in LDAP use paired API Key to authenticate in WHD.
