Hi Ken, you can configure which algorithms to use in Server Limits and Settings -> Encryption. Hope that helps, Peter
-
Hi Chuckm, what version of Serv-U you are using? Also can you post a screenshot? Thanks, Peter
-
Can you please show us the exact report settings and ideally also screenshot of outcome please?
-
No one is really using it? Then we are good to remove it?
-
I assume when you search and review users synced from LDAP, they have department correctly set?
-
This is currently known issue and are working on the solution. We prepared this workaround to fix it, described in SolarWinds Knowledge Base :: Unable to Redirect Communications to the SSL Port

Hi Jake, Unfortunately this not possible at the moment and we track this as a feature request under # 248261. I added your details into our records, so I can contact you later shall we implement this. Thanks, Peter

Are you using one or multiple LDAP servers? Do those users have something in common like department, membership in LDAP group, time of joining company etc.? Do you something in logs regarding LDAP authentication? Do you see LDAP request being sent over network to LDAP server? I would just recommend to go to our support…

Can you please contact our support via Submit a Customer Service or Technical Support Ticket - SolarWinds? This is something engineering should definitely see. Thanks!
-
Strange it works fine for me can you share logs, logs from scheduler and task, do you see anything relevant there?
-
Has any of the ideas above helped Amy?
-
I created feature request internally to track this (under # 291964). Please feel free to also create a FR in Web Help Desk FR area, so other users can vote and comment on this and thus give us more feedback. Thanks!

Hi Sylvain, I'd be curious to know where you see indication we are PCI compliant, can you direct me please? Thanks!
-
Hi Jozeph, can you please contact our support? It looks like something into which we need to look at deeper, to help you. You can contact support via this form: Submit a Customer Service or Technical Support Ticket - SolarWinds. Thanks, Peter
-
This is a feature request, why would you like to lock it?
-
Best I can think of is to use Action Rules, so maybe something like this: * Create fist ticket * When done, change status to "Resolved" * Create Actin rules to check status "Resolved" in Criteria and "Updated by" "Tech" "prior to" 2 business days. * Run another task to create second ticket. I would recommend to test it,…

There is no native client, however it is possible to run it in virtualized environment. E.g. I tested it on Mac OS X (of course not Linux, but Unix based OS) with Parallels.
-
Hm strange. Can you share settings of this Tech? Screenshots of all tabs ideally? I would probably recommend to contact support so they can look into it with you. You can do it via Submit a Customer Service or Technical Support Ticket - SolarWinds.

Hi Ben, this is a feature request and I recommend to check existing requests if it already exists and vote for it or comment (you can also vote for other you like along the way ). If it doesn't then definitely create it so other users can vote. Thanks, Peter

Hi Kelly, Can you find the scheduler archive file, where tasks are stored? scheduler.archive file is stored in c:\Program Data\Rhinosoft\FTP Voyager. Peter
-
Hi Jason, you can achieve this by remapping the DB fields to pull-in specific fields. Peter

This is very interesting use-case Mart. Do you have some specific pad already in use and are you using for this process some software at the moment? This could be achieved by using WHD API, but it would require some scripting and coding depending on software capabilities of the pad you have in mind.
-
There is no official hardening guide (but hey good idea, I'd also love to hear various suggestions from others on what they consider important!). WHD generally supports encryption of connection for email server, LDAP/AD, databases. You can also use SSO, HTTPS access. All of this will definitely improve your security.

Hey guys, we will look into official support Windows 10, of course it's a bit too soon to confirm that as it's a work in progress, but we make sure to inform everyone on that as soon as we would be confident we can support it. In the meantime it seems working fine, so there is probably little to worry about.
-
Well it never was meant to be parsed and read by anyone else than Serv-U, but I hear you! I love your script and looking forward to see where you get it .
-
Hi Kjette, any success? This should work fine, so if you have configuration trouble, please go ahead and contact our support, they will for sure help you to set this up. Thanks! Peter
-
May I ask why you need this? What you are trying to achieve? Also to be clear on desired behavior, you want to display two custom fields, for example: a) Dropdown with job titles. b) Checklist of systems. What you want is that different selected values of a) will pre-check automatically values in b)?

Hi davpunk, Ad 1) You just need to edit C:\Program Files\WebHelpDesk\conf\labels\Labels.properties or create your own following the README file in the same directory. Ad 2) You can hide request detail in settings of each Request Type. You can also hide Priority in Setup -> Tickets -> Options. Ad 3) Hierarchical custom…

Hi msteele999, I would recommend to contact support, since this might need deeper investigation. Peter
