Hi Tom, you are of course right, you can increate the limit, thanks for highlighting that. So most important from those I mentioned would be to send attachment via action rule and/or approval process? Thanks! Peter
-
Hi Jake, what software was that? Can you also elaborate a bit how did you use, that feature of files in a folder? Would you like to have something like that in WHD? Thanks!

Hi Chris, thanks for candid feedback. We are working on this bug right now, it's actually on the priority list. We track it internally under # 193368. I couldn't find if you reported this via our support Chris (maybe I just can't pair your email with the account). Can you please create support ticket for this issue? You…

Hi Rob, I'm a product manager for Serv-U and I also contacted you over email. I'm sorry you feel this way, we do provide phone and email support for our products as you mentioned and it is the fastest way how to get the response (especially if you need answer quickly). We have a great community of experts here on Thwack,…

On the contrary I'm wondering why you want to change it? What do you want to achieve?
-
Hi Jeff, I asked our QA to reproduce, do you still have this problem, did you try different accounts? Peter

Actually this is something we much improved in coming release. Users can not only link tickets created by Task to parent ticket (which triggered action rule, which later run that task), but also can selectively pass information from default and custom fields into child tickets. Stay tuned, we are closely approaching RC…

Yes it is! Thanks for feedback guys.

Serv-U does use affected functions of glibc, but it is not directly responsible and as soon as you update you OS, you should be safe.
-
That will be fantastic and I'm glad this is working. Thanks!

Hi kjette, planning of future releases is quite complicated process and Thwack votes and feature requests is only part of it. We talk to many users and prospects. We run surveys, we collect information from support and customer service. Gather data from Beta or Release Candidates. We also collect internal request from…

This actually is adjusted excerpt from manual. These are all great suggestions, I passed them to our documentation team for future improvements. Thanks!
-
Thanks for info, I asked our QA to verify the instructions and we will update them if needed.

Nice images!

Actually closing a paren ticket won't close child tickets. It's a Feature request. How would like that to behave? When closing a parent, ask if all child tickets should be closed OR only parent? Or something else?
-
Could you please open a support ticket, so we can look into this directly? Thanks!
-
This is not currently possible Peter as I replied in this separate thread FAQ REST API? We track this now as a feature request.
-
The file was update to work with version 12.2. Try now!
-
Should be better now.
-
That's strange, we will look into it. Thanks for letting us know!

Hi fducos, upload CustomLabels.properties in the /usr/local/webhelpdesk/conf/labels directory in VA. You can obtain root password via our support. Peter
-
Please note the template was updated for version WHD 12.2.
-
I will look into getting this fixed
-
That is really cool idea! I love it .
-
Can you give me an example of what information you want to pass in variables, how and why?
-
I would imagine that if you want that it is probably for some search you are using often. In such case it may be easier to save that search as a query, which you can then use in "My Tickets" together with auto-update.
-
Thanks for one more idea Bryan. We actually track this as a feature request under # 407676 and I added your comment into the record. We would like to improve PO management and workflow to something like you have described.
-
Thanks for feedback Bryan, we are considering few options how to make this possible.
-
This is already out! As a parent/child feature in version 12.3.0

Can you please contact support right away? There is no known memory leak. We should look into your issue with engineering asap. You can create support ticket via Submit a Customer Service or Technical Support Ticket - SolarWinds. Thanks!
