As it says in the Action Rule Setup for Action > Send E-Mail * Ticket attributes may be represented by the following tags: Thus the numbering is per the Ticket Custom Field ID, not the one in the Database, the one in the UI Interface

The Tech will see whatever the Tech Admin has allowed them to see via Location Groups and Department Group membership and then which Request Types are allocated to which Tech Groups which the Tech belongs. If you are stuggling you might want to consider a free WHD starter training course which can be registered for on the…

Any news on this, I did send you some WHD Logs from one of our Android App Beta sites?
-
Where does your Location Information come from, are you Sync with Asset Discovery from another tool, maybe attribute mapping at play here which can be switched off?
-
BBCode does not support that, but you could try adding it to an E-Mail template but I don't think that is what you want?
-
What version of WHD are you running and are you running Portecle.bat as Local Admin?
-
Hi Mark, I think you are correct, moving to a different level might involve reformatting the page which is why the Request Detail was lost. Hopefully once SW move away from WebObjects on the Client interface UI HTML5 ? then a little more control can be programmed in.

I have not seen this before but restarting the Web Help Desk would have restarted the mail daemon but I would have thought your Tech Admins would be seeing large number of messages backed up prior to this.

It will if a Child exists on a Parent. If the Ticket is coming from say E-Mail, then have a Request Type which has a single level, assign the Inbound mailbox to that level the the Tech, part part of his/her procedures will do some sort of triage to re categorize accordingly. If the Ticket is generated from the Client UI,…

Using the Asset Import Template with Data Imports, you will see that only Asset Type, Manufacturer & Model are mandatory "*" in column.

Hi Jelmer, Is the E-Mail going out to the CC contact, what is ticked within the recepients section of an example Ticket? You are using WHD12.5.2 ? Regards

Justin, Have you logged this with Support to verify this as a known issue?
-
What OS are you running?
-
If you could supply the MySQL DB & JDBC versions we could verify. MS-SQL should be fine, if it is a Vanilla install, has TCP/IP been enabled?
-
We have this logged with Support already, I suggest you do the same.
-
Messages, Create Messages, shift-click to select all items on all pages on the box above first column, delete.
-
We logged that very question with Support and were told not at that time. Whenever this WHD12.7.1 get released, let hope support will then arrive for this OS.

Hi Anla, No WHD cannot currently do such things, it is selection criteria or free text only.

Tech should see FAQ's, restrictions are only the Edit functionality. Are these new FAQ's or existing or both?

I suggest you all log with support so you are notified when a fix becomes available

Access the Mailbox with a Mail client and clear them out. The WHD will warn you once it makes a valid connection of how many currently exist and ask you to confirm that you really want to activate this connection.
-
E-Mails from WHD will create new E-Mail which go back to WHD. You could add a link in the E-Mail Template to encourage your users to login via the Client UI with that address

I would think WHD does not understand the Excel 2016 format, save as old .xls format rather than .xlsx or CSV then import.
