Glad to be of service! It did ring a bell with me and I did remember the workaround from the Advanced Engineers at SW WHD support. I think it it a bit of off the shelf code integrated into the application which is now very outdated.

What date format are you using as defined in Setup > General > Time & Place > Business Zones ?

My fear is Support with shy away from helping because they have no SSO/Okta setups they can reproduce on before they can escalate to the Engineering. Do let me know how you get on, even via a DM on Thwack and I can try and help via other means.

migrate.bat in WHD12.8.5HF2 doesn't just touch Tech/Client passwords but ALL password entries in custom fields/E-Mail Settings/LDAP Sync setup etc.

Defiantly something wrong with the Form, using standard out the box test data you can no longer append specific Request Types. This should be logged with SW Support.

Did you run the migrate.bat script when upgrading via WHD12.8.5+HF2 ?

Why not download a trial and have a play with what WHD can offer, I think you will be surprised at what WHD can offer out of the box without any programme code put in place. Unlike many other solutions it doesn't require an army of expensive developers to write specific forms, business rules and integrations.

I note that the 12.8.6 upgrade scripts put extra columns in the PREFERENCE table which seem to be relevant. Just an observation.

I have just checked one of my Production WHD12.8.6 systems, and it definitely is not purging as it should be, It sounds like a bug, have you logged with SW Support?

Are you using a Billing Report rather than a Ticket Report? That should look at individual Notes and acculate time for the exact Tech for each Note rather than by the Ticket as a whole documentation.solarwinds.com/.../default.htm

I believe SW Support are saying Engineering are working on a permanent fix.

How are you assigning Tickets currently? Within Tech Groups > Level 1 > Assignment it offers one of the following: Auto Assign Tickets To > None, A Level Tech, Group Manager or Lead Tech.

I'm surprised it worked before! Many people make same mistake with O365 Mailboxes entering their own EntraID credientials then wonder why the whole of their Inbox gets sucked in WHD!! Anyhow, glad I could help.

You were Authorizing as the Google Console Admin???

I always use as the Google Mail Account so support@bigcompany.com, where that is my Mailbox. It can get complicated if you need to log in to the Google Admin Console as a seperate User so tend to use a different browser completely.

That is exactly what I had before I created a second Incoming Mail connection in WHD, a new Project, authorized, enabled, and saved Ok. Afterwards, made the Default and deleted original Incoming Mail Setup entry.
