Does it actually authorize, but only gives error once you do Save?
-
I also had issues and had to delete the Google Project, then create it again, and it worked. In fact, I went one stage further and created a second new project and got the Outbound working with OAUTH as well.

What version of WHD are you running?
-
Things are much better using release 12.8.6 as long as you are using the MS Graph API permissions in EntraID rather than EWS. I wouldn't say it is 100% but much less of a problem.
-
Correct.
-
All my systems are using 12.8.6 now and all looks good to me on all Mailboxes:
-
Have you logged this with Support?
-
Not sure if you have logged the question in the wrong Product Forum? - this is the Web Help Desk area.
-
Maybe, hard to say 100% without a similar 12.8.3+HF3 test system. If you approach SW Support they will want you to upgrade anyhow so you should consider going down that path.
-
Although I still see the yellow triangle warning it lets me save fine (but only allows me to select shared Tasks). Perhaps it was a quirk of the 12.8.3+HF3 release, as I am not seeing that with my 12.8.6 system.
-
I have just checked on mine and have no issues using any Task, shared or not, within the Action Rules, although I am using release WHD12.8.6 now. I think you will have to supply some more details of how you have these setup on your system.
-
I hadn't either before working with SW products.
-
Buddy Drop - a fix that is not targeted for a production environment but does provide a proof-of-concept fix.
-
I have to agree; this should be by choice, as most Admins will have already signed up for updates from the customer portal. Perhaps view once and (x) to acknowledge so it does not appear again could be a compromise.
-
Perhaps another BD for 12.8.6?
-
A question about your EntraID App Registration, are you using Option 1 - EWS or Option 2 - MS Graph ?
-
Sorry no idea. Have you asked the question to SW Support?
-
So the Server is sending a dumb E-Mail, sounds like you need the SW HCO solution to manage Alerts which will allow two way interaction with SWSD.
-
How is the Server Alerting? I take it you do not mean from the Solarwinds HCO application?
-
Yes only shows in the WHD12.8.5+HF2 Release Notes now.
-
It is assumed you ran the migrate.bat at the WHD12.8.5+HF2 stage already
-
SW Support has accepted this as a Bug and given me a bug reference WHD-6124 to be fixed in a later release.
-
12.8.6 is out now, fixing a load of other security issues with 3rd party software.
-
Not sure you can reading the API Guide.
-
Reproduced using HF3 as well, I am logging with Support as this is not good, hopefully a known issue and they are working on a fix.
-
SOrry are you typing the same thing 3 times Testing: "+2/+1" or Testing: "&+2/+1"
-
You have logged this with the Web Help Desk forum, you will get a better response from SolarWinds Platform forum as Web Help Desk is an unrelated solution by Solarwinds.
-
Probably trying to use Notepad rather than something like Notepad++ - maybe not allowed as 3rd party tool! Anyhow if she is struggling to open your log file then they cannot make a judgement on whether you would be a good candidate for the solution. If you are able to reduce the whd.log file to the time period when the…

My understanding is that it is not for general use yet. If you already have a case with support they will contact you.

What release version of WHD are you using?
