Coming from same environment (Win+SQL) ? Both using same Windows Locate and SQL Collation?

Have you tried restarting the WHD ?
-
Seems to work fine for me using 12.7.9 - Build #12.7.9.8603 The re-issued media which now includes OpenJDK11.1.15 as well
-
Can you confirm which build of 12.7.9 you are using as there have been two so far on SW Portal? First one missed updated OpenJDK 11.1.15
-
Be aware that the increased item limit is only adding once checklist is added to the Ticket. The Checklist Template itself still has a limit of 10 - Feature Request raised.
-
You can re-order within the Ticket when the Template is applied but not on the Template itself which makes little sense. I already have this logged with Dev.
-
Have you tried a second element in your Task which triggers when status becomes Closed?
-
Make sure you update to HotFix 2 as well.
-
Many Do!
-
Search For Tickets, from list of Ticket results make sure you have your custom field within the Column Set. Use the Cog button to export into a TSV file. Import into Excel
-
Hi Sarith, I don't believe this is possible to report on Ticket custom fields which are type "Date". You would have to export the data out and do some magic in say Excel or do a direct SQL query to the database. Hope this helps
-
Yes there is an option in Location for the available Priorities for each Location.
-
Hi @"dpm74" Do you have Priority restrictions set on the Location being used on the Ticket? It a Tech Admin tries to change the Priority of the Ticket. does this work?
-
It think this is the trial release so fully functional for 14 days.
-
I think they use the JDBC driver from MS which is located in folder <webhelpdesk>\bin\webapps\helpdesk\WEB-INF\lib as part of Apache Maven 3.6.0 Hope this helps
-
When you say clean it do you mean it had sections which are not required so just removed with a Text Editor? If so which section(s)?
-
I think you might be on your own appending Cascade Style sheets in this way but worth logging officially with Support to make Development aware. Just tried it myself on a narrow monitor which has a Windows Display set to 125% and does make the buttons not overlay other options anymore.
-
Log a case with them saying that the documentation is outdated and can they ask Development directly.
-
I doubt Support are here much, what this with HotFix? We are talking about full release 5.3.1 here not 5.3.0 plus HF1.
-
Is this reported to support yet?
-
Certainly wouldn't do any harm, you might get a heads up of what everyone can expect with the 12.7.9 update.
-
Fingers crossed that the upcoming 12.7.9 will help you with this, have you officially logged with Support so they can make the Devs aware?
-
They have never been quick in Supporting new Browser/OS releases
-
You can do exactly that with the Office365 type connector where you get the WHD to read new Folders and not the Inbox via separate Inbound Mail definitions each one reading the same Mailbox but a different "Inbox Folder" name.
-
Hi Mulambo, "Solarwinds Integration" within WHD is different from E-Mails, what Alert settings are you using in the Alert in NPM. Check https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/whd/content/helpdeskinstalloriondeployment.htm - point 3 is very important
-
The key thing being reported here is " 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full. Create disk space by ........." This is a space issue with your SQL Server not a WHD issue, consult whoever looks after this for you.
-
We know SW are working on a WHD12.7.9 release to address G-Mail issues with OAUTH, my questions to them were if you were running a headless Windows or Linux Server how can you do OAUTH? I suspect you were using functionality which the system was not designed to do but did actually work, thanks to Google that might not be…

So you are all good now?

Hi Arjan, Was the CentOS Server prepared in Hyper-V first and pushed up to Azure, did it work as just a normal CentOS Virtual machine?
