On the Approval Process there should be a Print option which sends an email. Content is quite fixed though.

I have customers who prepare this within Excel and then just use the PO Import.

It is more normal to have these Ticket Status Types not display with the My/Group Tickets Lists by un-ticking this option within Setup > Tickets > Status Types > {Status Type Name} > Include in My/Group Tickets Filter Include in My/Group Tickets Filter

This is great, I have had multiple requests for this in the past, lets hope SW make this standard within the Product, could open up more sales into schools.

I also would like to see this, I have a customers who make no use of Departments as they only deal with external companies so want to remove the column "Group Assignment" in the Portal View but they cannot. A total waste of space.

Trouble is it will not be slightly higher license fee, more likely an annual charge where you will pay full price licence costs EVERY year.

Why not just add these in Setup > Ticket > Status Types ?

The SW WHD solution does alot of this so anyone upgrading from WHD to ITSM actually gets reduced functionality in this area!

Not everybody's WHD is Internet aware (ie like Offline License Activation"). Also, Dashboards are quite heavy on CPU usage so some customers switch it off and might use other Tools to build their Dashboards directly off the WHD Database so overall this might not be a fix for all. Customers already have the Thwack Link…

The screen-print above is a little misleading showing "Create Checklist Template" which has not changed whereas it has changed on the Ticket which already has a Template attached but that is called "Edit Template"

I would never update a certificate in this way, did it complete overnight?
