It looks like if I make a new view in the System Manager, then the problem is gone. I think that the "old" views havent been updated to work together with the new structure in the database. Solarwinds team: Please consider to put this into sp4 ;-)

2 cups of coffee later: I logged into Network Atlas with a admin account and whooops: All nodes are back... My fault ;-)

Let each useraccount have his own Default Summary View. Set account Limitations on the account as needed. Now customize the Wireless Networks Summary to include only ex. "Search for Wireless Client" and "All Active Wireless Clients". Now this account only has access to the allowed nodes, also in the Wireless part:-)
