Hi, Thanks for info. But i am looking the CPU and Memory statistice for my Vcenter appliance. Once i am monitoring with SNMP I am getting the CPU and Memory usages. But the issue is the it showing false value for memory usages it continuously showing 98%.

There should be no harm in restarting the Agent service on those hosts. I would certainly give that a try before rebooting the host.
