Yes - SolarWinds NTA does support NetFlow v9 exports. I don't know why Cisco support would say otherwise.

Sure. You can choose several variables using the Insert Variable option in the Message tab in Trigger Actions Alert Manager main tab. Carrier info can be just added to the email body as text or you can create a Custom Property for the carriers.

We'll have something in Q1. I have not added the ability to use multiple ranges in one group but I have added it as a feature enhancement request.
