Thanks Tom, never heard of SolarWinds Plan Explorer before so I have learnt something new already!
-
This was a bug in one of the versions, if you upgrade this will become resolved. We saw this issue also and the upgrade did fix it.
-
Hi there 👋🏻 Is this optimising SQL within the SolarWinds platform or a specific SQL product of SolarWinds?
-
I could not see from your screenshot but did you find the OID for VPN Tunnel status?
-
Hey @Jtamayo, Some of the alerting can be tricky for sure! Are you able to provide a screenshot of your Alert condition page?
-
Thanks Venky - It's hard because unlike Self Hosted table widgets do not display all the data so when you use dashboards and schedule them, you cannot see all the data.
-
Resolved by using the below guidance: https://solarwindscore.my.site.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/Windows-Service-Monitor-returns-Invalid-Query?language=en_US
-
Can I check @Joanne.coleman, are you referring to SolarWinds SaaS or Self Hosted as it was posted in the SaaS forum?
-
This is like news to my ears! I have been hoping for this feature to come to SaaS 👍
-
Just be mindful that those links are for self hosted, yet the original question was posted on the SaaS forum. If it is the realese notes for Saas you want they can be found here: https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/observability/content/release_notes/swo-release-notes.htm
-
I have not heard of this as an upcoming feature
-
@DanielHamngren - I managed to get this working today using the WorkFlow process found here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/create-incoming-webhooks-with-workflows-for-microsoft-teams-8ae491c7-0394-4861-ba59-055e33f75498
-
@Spaw - I am afraid that UnDP tables are not supported in SaaS / Network Collector. You will need to add them individually to make this work and see them in SaaS.
-
@sidj2025 - I posted this in the SaaS feature request section but I think you're refering to on-premise SolarWinds each time 👍
-
@sidj2025 are you talking about SolarWinds self Hosted or the SaaS offering? Your comment alligns with on-premise SolarWinds.
-
I think this has now been completed - might be best to check this out @eem4osg
-
This has been posted on the SolarWinds SaaS feature request site - did you mean to post this on the self hosted forum? @IrisnetOperations
-
I had this same issue and this is what I got from SW support: "At this time, there is no publicly available comprehensive list of all supported tokens for alert messages. The best way to identify which tokens are supported in your alert is to use the variable insertion tool within the alert notification editor, which shows…
-
I mentioned this to SolarWinds support a month or so ago and they told me that you need to use the Channels email address instead for now
-
I have the same question - I can see the lastboot time stated on the entity health age but cannot seem to use that value anywhere within an alert. I noticed you can do it when using the SWO agent but not agentless.
-
@"jennebarbour" - Can you confirm THWACK will be down until September 3rd? Just wanting to make sure it should not say August 3rd.
-
Just check the spelling of 'Rogue' on the new 'Wireless Monitoring' Modern Dashboard
-
Souradipa I know that with 2022.4.1 they introduced native VeloCloud monitoring - Did you get chance to upgrade yet? I have been using custom pollers up until now to get info out of our Edges.
-
I would message one of the team as I got mine through already
-
Hey Souradipa - So I am able to see the utilisation and status of the links from VeloCloud edge devices. Are you still unable to?
-
Customer portal working fine for me in Chrome this morning.
-
Can I ask what you figured out with this? I have been asked a similar question
-
You should not be forced to use the new UI. If you are then you must have it selected in IPAM Settings under System Settings. I am using 2025.1.1 and can swap between the old and new.
-
Would 100% like to see a more native way to export and import Modern Dashboards
-
Hey there - Are the maps on the old environment Intelligent Maps (found within the web console under My Dashboards>Maps)? or are they Atlas Maps created in the stand alone application on the server itself?
