I would need to look into this more as SQL Express is not what I use BUT I would imagine you could back up the existing database and restore it to the new D: and re-run the SolarWinds Configuration Wizard and point it to the new location. You'll have downtime of your platform but this is just part of what is needed to do…

Awesome thanks - I should have seen this!

Customer wants to move databases ahead of the upgrade. It'll be: *Move DB's to new server - rerun config wizard *Migrate to new App server - run config wizard

Hey there Are you referring to Custom Properties?
-
Israt - I know you have a few questions out there so it might be worth consolidating them down to one so you can track all the responses well. You can go for an SL2000 (2000 nodes) or SLX which is unlimited nodes.
-
So if you only go with Network Performance Monitor then you’ll pay for the amount of nodes, interfaces and volumes you need. Hybrid Cloud Observability is SolarWinds subscription based system where you only pay per node BUT get access to MANY modules. If you only need Network devices then NPM could be a good place to start…
-
Sure! I’d look into Network Performance Monitor and the licensing: documentation.solarwinds.com/.../npm_licensing_model.htm
-
Hey Israt - Hope you’re well! It can feel a little overwhelming BUT I think to make it easier we should start with what products or technology would you like to monitor?
-
Andre, Everything you need is on that platform requirements link I sent over.
-
Hey Andre, I would look at this SolarWinds Platform requirements as it will help you see what you need for what size environment. Either way it will need to be installed on Windows Server OS. Take a look and post back here if you need any more clarification.

For this we upgraded the old client and then copied the AppData folder over to the new installation - this loaded all the expected files within the 'Network Performance Monitor' tool.

Thanks Adam - We don't have patch manager but thank you for your suggestion. I think this is the root we will take and user Windows Task Scheduler and monitor the results.

Hi Nick - We have 90 or so Edge routers and I have not seen this behavior on ours. We poll with SNMP also.
