i presume V9.0 will be able to update previous versions? Do you mean upgrade from? Upgrades from any 8x version will work. You cannot upgrade directly from Orion 7 to Orion 9. You'll have to get to Orion 8 first.

I suspect it is the way this report is configured unless you are getting this issue with other (smaller sized) reports. In that case you should consider opening a support ticket.

The Diagnostics Utility can be found in C:\Program Files\Solarwinds\Orion\SolarwindsDiagnostics.exe [assuming a default install path]. Just run the diagnostics and attach the zip to your Support case.

Delete this entire directory C:\Inetpub\SolarWinds- and then run the Conf. Wiz (note: If you have a highly customized website please backup any customizations/configs. etc..prior to deleting the inetpub dir)

actually- this might be more of what you are hoping to accomplish- Devices > Discovery > Previosu Scan Results > SmartMonitor Settings- Uncheck the items as desired.
