Teresa – Thank you for your response. Does this information show under the Task items within the ticket? I am trying to prevent from having to go into each ticket to view the Assigned Tech and/or request type. Currently, Task Tickets display the following fields: No., Date, Status, Client, Request Details. Thank you.

Hi. Yes, I did contact them. It seemed like they were not aware that this was an issue with this release. They don't have a resolution and advised that we keep an eye out for future updates.
