We have never allowed USB drives and it can be a pain sometimes.

Thank you! i only need Hot Fix 1 i believe. Client wants to start utilizing QOE Licenses.

I am having an issue similar but my thread is getting no love anyone want to help me out. Support is not doing much at this point.
-
We would never be allowed to run a beta in our prod environment!! I tried to convince my superiors that npm12 with the fully supported beta was stable but here we are in October and i just upgraded to 12....
-
I was actually looking any of the hot fixes for npm 11.5.2
-
The only other idea that i have had was to setup RD Web access and monitor it with WPM but I contacted SLW support and they told me that was was not possible. I am going to try the template that d09h suggested and see what i can find out.
-
We were on 11.5.2 if we were already on 12 we would have been fine since the orion core would have already been updated with the 12.0 upgrade. bharris

I am also having this problem. Has any headway been made on this issue?
-
I was actually hoping that someone had taken some screenshots step by step my employer wants a very detailed guide. and i dont have a non production system to upgrade first to get the steps.
-
As soon as i can get a maintenance window I am going to try your fix we have called SLW support several times but have not been able to come up with a solution that sticks.
-
Thanks @john.ta I checked there and didn't see anything.I was just trying to make sure that i was looking in the right places. I should have googled a little harder!

What does your Logic look like on your alert ie: Trigger Alert When Node STATUS is "Down"or "Not UP""Unreachable" I know a lot of people that configure their alerts with if "Node is not equal to up" it will fire this can cause some major problems if your dependencies are not correctly configured.
