We have upgraded to NPM12.0.1 and i can vouch for the stability once its installed. Currently we can't edit any of our interfaces on on of our additional pollers and the upgrade process was a little rough. We just upgraded and have encountered the same problem as well. I have tried every Auth method with no success. Nothing changed on the servers or the actual template so I will be reaching out the the LDAP Server team in the morning once they are in to see what version the servers will accept.
