You need to open udp/161/snmp) from your Orion-server to all your devices, and udp/162(snmp-trap) from your devices to your Orion-server. Then you also need to open for icmp in both directions. For the toolset to work you need to open tcp/23(telnet) and/or tcp/22(ssh) from Orion-server to your devices. Regards Paul

We do also have a similar problem. When I click on Network Configuration Manager in Orion web-site, all webparts in NCM web-page display this error-message: The Orion server cannot access the Orion NCM information service. The exact error was 'Bad Data. ' Anyone know what the problem is?RegardsPaul

Hi Seyo I don't know what you are monitoring, but it looks like you are interested in how many concurrent users you have in the IVE. We have this alert configured for our IVE, and we get a mail when the number of concurrent users exceed 45: Hope this helps.. //Paul

Hi jcooler I have had the same problem. And the soloution was that there was not enough memory. So I moved the SQL to another machine, and everything was ok. The memory utilization was about 80%, and obviously that is too much. Now we are down to about 60% and everything is working ok. So I would suggest that you add som…
