  • This thing is very particular. First, use the outlook, skip the other MAPI object install. I have found that thing to be unreliable on other installs in the past.   • Thanks, I have tried the command script with no luck either. In this case, I starts to get the config, gets a bout 1/4 page of information, then just locks up.

  • Strange - that is not what we were told by this Carrie person from SoalrWinds. Anyway, Orion 9.1 seems to act flakey on SNMP monitoring with them. Have three seperate 2008 servers and it will go from being able to monitor to saying that it is in an "unknown" state and not be able to report on NIC or application status.…

  • Bug in Netflow. If you mark something as unmanaged it causes the whole netflow service to crash. Fix is to either remanage the device or to delete the device from netflow and re-add when managed again. I guess development now has as a bug to fix in some future version.

How is verifying the checksome of a file (and needing to go in an reset the checksum) more important than specifying file XYZ and seeing if it has/has not been modifyed in ABC period…
