Really liked this. Learned more about DameWare for sure. Very well produced videos!

Thanks for the opportunity! Really enjoyed going through all these questions!

Upgraded from 10.7 with no issues at all. Digging into some of the new stuff over the next few days.

Will the 10.7 RC1 be available for SLX license holders? I'm not seeing an available download. Thank you for your help.

Thank you!

DanielleH May I please have an update. Which questions do I need to answer and have I gotten any wrong? Thank you for everything you do!

Can ya'll please chill out about the points, I'm sure they're coming. The backpack isn't even in the store yet. Patience. I've got so many WHD tickets this morning I can't even worry about points haha!

With day to day support we use Webex or similar products. For longer term support needs I've created specific virtual desktop accounts restricted to only what they should see and help support. I track when these are accessed to 1) make sure they're actually logging in 2) make sure nothing malicious is being done.

Just did all of them at once. I really enjoyed the whole theme. Each one was different and some were more challenging than others, which is a good thing in my book. Thank you so much for the opportunity.

Great idea! Excited to test my Virtual IQ! Thanks for putting this together!

Try a different browser to double check? Today's video loaded fine for me.

Haha

Is it the same across other browsers?

Great write up. Really mirrored what I experienced as as well. In my case there was zero monitoring and very low accountability across all departments so when there was a "what's wrong with the network?" problem it was always my team digging postmortem trying to find what was causing the issue. After Solarwinds was…

If lines could be drawn connecting the nodes it would replace our main summary page map and leave network atlas for noc maps. After using this map in the RC it feels much like a stepping stone. Half-way between what NPM users have created in google maps and half what network atlas does but it currently isn't a replacement…

Just found this, is there an archive? Many thanks.

Aug 19 - Day 13 I thought was pretty darn tricky (ended up getting it wrong). Reading the video transcript I had to make a best guess as none of the language used in the video was used in the question. I'm sorry to be a complainer. Admittedly a bit disappointed that this was the first question I answered incorrectly .

Thank you.

Yes! This was exactly what I was looking for! I didn't think that I would need to separate lines! Off the the googles to see how to make each record show up on a new line! Thank you so much!

Neat workaround!

Works well in Chrome, WIn7 64.
