Network Insight for Fortinet?
-
We're 8.0.133.0. We have some 1242s and 1142s so, I think that's the highest we can go until they get replaced.
-
I have a call with support at 2:30PM CST. cpayne@netsyncnetwork.com LoL @ last discovery "feature". Let me know how yours goes and I'll do the same.
-
I'm not sure when a proper hotfix with what was done to resolve the issues on my system will be released. ding, can you provide any advise on this?
-
Ugh, I'm still waiting on this too.
-
I'm curious on this as well. I'm due for renewing maintenance on Kiwi and I don't see a good reason to use both.
-
In my experience, the initial scans were pretty intense on system resources. After a few hours, it calmed down to "normal" rates.

The new Orion installer including the offline version contain the install files for all Solarwinds products so, you should be able to "upgrade all" in it. I've always upgraded my existing install. In theory it doesn't matter what's done on the application server as all the data Orion uses is in the DB (the exception being…

Thanks DanielleH but, they were already replaced. These were ordered by danielgilbey and he had them replaced.
-
I agree, there's a lot of potential with it. Any luck with Cisco cvachovecj?
-
@"jpetkevich" Any updates on this? It's been over a year and I'm still seeing this same error on Server 2016 with .Net 4.8
-
I can confirm that NTA 4.2 RC does support Netflow from the 5508 as we're running it in our production Orion environment. As for the release timeframe of NTA, I'm not sure. I know that SolarWinds is pretty hush hush on release dates but, maybe michal.hrncirik can shed some light?
-
I noticed this as well. ding and serena, perhaps the Hotfix changelog should be uploaded prior to the availability of the Hotfix?

Something the IPAM dev team told me that I wasn't aware of. "Last discovery" refers to when the subnet was last discovered via a scan through the network discovery wizard or DHCP server discovery scan. It does not mean when the subnet was last scanned via IPAM for a "normal" subnet scan. On Tue, Jan 16, 2018, 08:51…

My issues have been resolved with a buddy fix during a long support session with the dev team on Friday. I'm travelling this week and I'm hoping on getting time to write a proper summary later. This took alot longer than I hoped it would but, hates off to the SolarWinds staff for getting this resolved. I'm not sure when a…

I would love to but, I'm not sure what product to submit it under. The "Orion SDK" option under the feature request dialog is greyed out for me. tdanner, any advice?
-
Also, we don't know the extent of what the subscription provides. True, however then why not tout all the new features in detail blowing us away with the amazing training opportunities and super special support first. Simply mention there will be a subscription model and let the community weigh in. Then after all the…

It has an internal rechargeable battery that lasts about 5 hours on a charge. It charges via micro-USB. See here for a video review: Boxanne Product Video - YouTube

In a Custom HTML Resource. More specifically, to embed an image gallery and I need a variable to uniquely identify each group.

I think a dark theme in SWQL studio would make a lot of things more clear #dark theme

LOL! I don't think that would be ethical but, I may accept Whiskey as compensation. I'm finishing up work travel in the next few weeks (and missing THWACKcamp so hopefully I can post my update soon... On Thu, Oct 18, 2018 at 3:03 PM hpstech

Hey, thanks wluther. That should work great for us.

Hi NaN! I'm good, I thought it was too long since I complained about something so here I am. My most recent support case was about a month ago so, I will keep thing in mind for future cases. Thanks
-
Thanks janene16, I'm waiting on the link to the release notes.
-
noobes, I'm not sure about that. I would suggest reaching out to one of the community managers, such as DanielleH
-
I've been on with support for an hour and 30 minutes since installing the hotfix. The rep performed the task you suggested and this hasn't resolved the issue. I presume you're a SolarWinds employee yarl?
-
Seems to be accessible now.
-
No worries Rick.
-
There is an "offline" installer available as well for the scenario you described.
-
So, it sounds like this would create a "Basic" versus "Premium" support experience. I'm very comfortable with most of the products in the Orion suite and well versed in the SolarWinds Support process and what's required. However, since I'm not paying the $200/year SCP/Premium support option on top of the amount my employer…
