My mistake I can get part of the VLAN table but the bit I can't get is OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.5.1.9.3.1.5 which would display the VLANs that are allowed on a trunk this would be useful so we can see which ports on our core switches have what VLAN's allowed on thr trunk. Thanks

I've got our NPM our NCM virtual and our SQL on a standalone server and it works very well.

The server is configured correctly to UK and I don't use IE, I use Chrome and Firefox and both show the same issue.

I've another issue, I've created the report and just creating the resource I've selected filter by showing only limited number of top records currently set to 5 but when I preview the resource it still shows all 12 interfaces and not the top 5. I can understand a licensing issue but both our NPM boxes have SLX licenses which my understanding was that they were unlimited on the number of interfaces that could be monitored. So why am I being restricted, when I shouldn't be?

I've also had a problem with Config backups not working fully and tried the uninstall Cirrus solution but this did not work for me. What seems to of solved it is changing the number of configs to be downloaded at once from 20 to 10 lastnights job ran without fault and all configs were successfully downloaded. I'm waiting…

John I've also tried connecting the servers to the switches in Network Atlas and while it connects all the switches to the correct uplink interfaces it doesn't connect any end devices. I need to thoroughly go through the documentation before I log a call with support. Jon

I have recently replaced a number of 2950's with 2960 POE switches. Now that it would seem to be a bug I can check more frequently particlaur after changing a switch. If you could you share the alert that would be great. Thanks for the info. Jon

Thanks, I've already looked at the Upgrade Advisor and it says that I can go straight to 12.5 but in the past Solarwinds upgrades have been flakey and I wondered whether such a big jump was advisable from the community perspective and if upgrades have been improved. Jon
