  • did you find a cure? We have the same behavior, and about the same specs as you on the processor and number of nodes. doesn't seem to be a SQL issue since subsequent pages load fine - it's just initial login screen, and then logging in that takes too much time.

  • From SolarWinds support: Orion looks at the IFTable (OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2) when checking interfaces and nodes. If the report responds to this as up, Orion can monitor it, if the device reports to this as down, then it shows as down, and all Orion will do is poll it for status.   • SolarWinds Tech support suggested I set the config manager to download half as many configs simultaneously. I changed it at file/settings/Configs/config transfers from 10 to 5 and it seems to have worked. J Kevin Bonds AT&T
