YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! T-Shirts in the Thwack Shop when its online. A sticker would be cool, but we need the right logo.
-
Yes, just a survey, but not any survey, one that will shape the very foundation we Thwack on.
-
We'll get our points. I trust the process.
-
Does this mean its worth 36000 points?
-
How am I supposed to cyberstalk you if you have no socials LOL…. (I have hardly non either) shakes head.

There is no Growth in Comfort, and no Comfort in Growth. As a wise author once wrote, Burn the Ships… or as we say in my house, "burn the boats"… you have to commit, or you will never win. That's today's Mayfieldism for you….

Mission Control, we have liftoff.

Same to you, love and respect. I hope you are safe over the upcoming holiday in the US. For all my non-US based friends, enjoy working while I relax…. #THWACKEDoff - Love it….. @zennifer we so need that to trend….

So now that questions are showing, are we supposed to answer them? I thought we were getting awarded points if we did the shortcut? Update?
-
Sorry, You can use the “Object Updated” trigger on the Incident object. Then you need to add a condition on the Task status field (or a related field) to fire the rule only when the task status becomes “Completed” (or whatever your finished status is). Then, as the action, you can add a comment to the incident, just like…

Key Principle: Automations in SolarWinds Service Desk trigger off of record changes, not the method by which the record was created. Therefore, a correctly scoped automation will fire consistently across all scenarios. You will implement: A Task-based automation trigger A conditional filter defining which tasks or incident…
-
Do you have access to SolarWinds Service Desk Automations? Is the incident created from a Service Catalog Item workflow? Do you want the comment to be internal-only or a public user-facing update?
-
SolarWinds Service Desk does not automatically post comments to incidents when tasks are completed, and the Send Notification workflow action will not create incident comments unless the notification is sent from outside the platform to the Samanage inbound email address. Because internal workflow notifications do not…

Can be but I would not go back now. Hey the Fatheads. I miss those.

Monthly Mission is closed, those who completed the shortcut get full points while they are working to resolved the larger issues.

1. Preparation & Prerequisites Objective: Ensure all components needed and process traps are operational. Actions: Verify that the SolarWinds server (or Additional Polling Engine) is configured to listen on UDP 162. Confirm Windows Firewall, network firewalls, and ACLs allow inbound SNMP trap traffic. Identify core devices…

1. Trap Reception & Basic Setup What happens under the covers: The trap receiver listens on UDP port 162 (IPv4/IPv6) by default. SolarWinds Documentation+2SolarWinds+2 Once a trap is received, it is decoded and stored in the “Traps” and “TrapVarBinds” tables (for the Orion database) in the generic case. SolarWinds+1 You…

I am really excited for the store to open up. My daughter and Wife have stolen all my good soft t-shirts for night shirts. I mean those are SolarWinds shirts. What the heck and I wearing on Thursday and Friday work from home days now…

Thank you for the reply @John.Summers . Based on teh feedback I have been reading having timely notifications would be good. Unfortunatly all I have been able to do this month is the shortcut. Week one is not actionable for me not many. Its ok by me to close it down and award points. I hope we get comment points as well. 😁…
-
@janobi I will be here for you. Make no mistake, I am excited for my points as well. I am on the quest to hit 1 mil and every day with no challenge is another day longer it will take me. I love the Thwack community and all of us is why it's been so good for so long.
-
But its not bad either. Juist new, and bumps are to be expected. This change did feel rushed. If you remember they were going to have Thwack offline 30 days during the change and we asked that not to happen, this is the result. We asked for this, in a way. They listened.

I cannot argue proper communication is a huge key to success. I would only say, do we need daily communication. We were updated Monday, today is Wednesday. Maybe 2x or 3x a week. I would rather them be focused on making the fixes vs updating us every five minutes.
-
Oh Peter….. Thanks for the additional backup here.
-
This was a major change. The last time it wasn't without issues either. I understand there are frustrations, but the reality is once the site is fully operational it will be fantastic. Just hang in there. I am close with several folks there at SolarWinds and they are aware and working the issue. Although they should…

Thank you, No specific need at this time, just always wanting to ask to see if and when.
-
I cannot answer that, I only have the Kitchen cabinet lights. I used cync bulbs in my living room and bedroom, and Porch Light.

TDS often mislabeled as MDT A symptom causes low back pain while sitting in a chair waiting on the Thwack Monthly Poll options to be available. Treatment: Patients with derangement syndrome typically respond to specific, repetitive movements in a "preferred direction" that helps to centralize or reduce their pain, guided…

I have then on top of my kitchen cabinets, Love them.

Lamp and Backpack. I mean the charging pad is cool, but I have a few of those similar items and that one is bigger so takes up too much space. Something like the typewriter would end up being put together by my daughter and given to her mom. My wife was an English Lit major, teaches now, but wants to write a book or 5. She…

Did you setup ESM? Or are you still running on SWSD regular.
