"Give up the DRE Ghost" What does give up the ghost mean? If someone gives up the ghost, they stop trying to do something because they no longer believe they can do it successfully. If a machine gives up the ghost, it stops working. In the case of DRE, giving up the DRE Ghost means to abandon it and find something else.

Example, allow us to leverage splashtop, or some other remote access platform to connect to endpoints as part of the SWSD. Currently DRE needs work. The Ghost part was meaning to leave it behind. I will be honest. This product needs some love, or they need to put it to pasture. We looked hard for a different tool. We ended up renewing because so many others are also part of a RMM, which I didn't really need. It was too much redundancy to SWO or other things I was doing. Also, with Action1 we have remote access.

Seems like a really great update. Thank you for continuing to push the envelope. I would really like to see more work with API so we can leverage SWSD, with more Remote-Control applications. I think we might need to give up the DRE Ghost. It needs love or needs left out.

Store is coming, it's all being rolled out as part of this active rollout of the new site. This is a working rollout, so it was not like flipping a light switch, more of pouring molasses in January but great for those who are patient and wait.

I was using New Relic for some things until I capped out my license limit. I leverage it as it works with our SOC2 provider application for monitoring things. SWO needs to get recognized by Drata, and others. But anyway, I tried with New Relic but no bueno.

Will there still be Polls? Will you be bringing back the random polls we can earn points for answering? You used to have random Polls where people could submit for anything really, not just on missions.

I concur; I am not seeing any points other than on the main screen shows me as the #2-point earner this month, I guess? I am not sure. I am curious how the points have changes and if our lifetime points come over? I had over 900K lifetime points, I hope those remain.
