I will be honest. This product needs some love, or they need to put it to pasture. We looked hard for a different tool. We ended up renewing because so many others are also part of a RMM, which I didn't really need. It was too much redundancy to SWO or other things I was doing. Also, with Action1 we have remote access.

Store is coming, it's all being rolled out as part of this active rollout of the new site. This is a working rollout, so it was not like flipping a light switch, more of pouring molasses in January but great for those who are patient and wait.

I was using New Relic for some things until I capped out my license limit. I leverage it as it works with our SOC2 provider application for monitoring things. SWO needs to get recognized by Drata, and others. But anyway, I tried with New Relic but no bueno.
