We are not a retailer so our web filter along with NTA and WPM help me steer clear of some of the cyber Monday pitfalls. My users also know we are watching them. We do open breaks and lunch times to alow some shopping with in limits.

I would actually like to see them integrate a calendar like from the WHD product with Orion and automate alerts, allow us to schedule techs for calls for support on the auto generated tickets from the Orion platform. 

That would be a nice addition. Mandatory notes.

Yeah it was a good course. I was working in my LEM while watching, and was able to change the CMC PW, get a few new notifiers and also add my ASA and some other devices in the nDepth. Good stuff.
