We created a template with Custom fields. When the new employee is selected it creates a number of custom fields that open up to the user (HR) and allows them or the hiring manager to enter the data. I couldn't agree more. Having office 365 in a tenant of over 25000, with several domains and not having to ever manage hardware, patches, etc again. mmmmmmm Yeah, worth it. Unlimited OneDrive for Business with E3 and honestly the SharePoint is incredible. Who wants SharePoint on premise anymore? O365 has been more better…

Well, speaking from experience, the points for the classes are nice but the reason to attend is if you need specific understanding, or questions answered. I have attended many classes over the years and attended lots of office hours, and it often has positive outcomes. Getting points is just a bonus.

This is good stuff. I like to be on the edge with testing the installs and finding issues before they bite me in production. I also appreciate the SolarWinds commitment to improving. The Installation and upgrade processes are far superior today than they were 15 years or so ago.

I love this article. specifically, "Let’s face it—IT is no longer just supports the business. IT is basically running it."
