• try w32tm or search in the knowledge base of microsoft. This will make sure that the time sync is not off for 5 minutes because of kerberos authetication in windows 2003

• I just installed 7.7 and enabled anonymous access but for me it won't work either. I use iis 6 i wanted to do it with ad groups
