Try creating a duplicate local credential on the solarwinds server. Same username and password. So like this. TARGETMACHINE\SWUSER SOLARWIRDSSERVER\SWUSER And then when you add a node on solarwinds, try using SWUSER as the service account or try tricking it by using .\SWUSER.
