Did you happen to upgrade to 2025.1.1? I think this is a known issue with IPAM?
-
I would suggest for you to try the first instruction as that will verify if the service account you are using has access to to the said servers and can connect via RCP. If it can, then proceed finding those Login Event IDs I mentioned. Because I'm almost certain that you are not getting the needed event IDs and the link I…

You can use Hierarchy Group. thwack.solarwinds.com/.../ipam-hierarchy-group
-
use SA account.
-
Try exporting it and then doing bulk upload after editing it via spreadsheet. I no longer have a Solarwinds Environment so i cannot verify that for you.

First, you should have send this to the UDT forum. [mention:485a7fb12896487fbbd0497381735151:23b05a61c3e5445190d9bfa00453bce4] Try the steps below. On the Orion server: 1st Connection Error Test........... 1. Start > run > type MMC where allowed. 2. Click on File and then choose Add Remove Snap in and choose Event Viewer…

Since this is happening after the upgrade, it would be best to check in with support. You can also check this. solarwindscore.my.site.com/.../DHCP-Scan-Does-Not-Complete-in-IPAM

Glad to help. You can mark my reply as an answer.

Based on the Guide, it has to be MSSQL. documentation.solarwinds.com/.../core-orion-requirements-sw1916.htm

This is a little bit more complicated. Kindly read the link below from @"mesverrum" thwack.solarwinds.com/.../solar-winds-device-tracker-doesn-t-make-sense

contacting support is the best route here as this will require log reading.
-
I would recommending using packet capture to see if there are traps being received.

Navigate to Settings > All Settings > Product Specific Settings > NTA Settings > NetFlow Collector Services. What do you see in that page?

On the Orion server: 1st Connection Error Test........... 1. Start > run > type MMC where allowed. 2. Click on File and then choose Add Remove Snap in and choose Event Viewer 3. When the popup appears click the radial button next to "Another computer:". Here you can Browse your network or just type the DHCP server name in…

I don't have one, but you can try this link if it can help you get to it. thwack.solarwinds.com/.../what-s-the-best-way-to-monitor-ssl-certificates-on-linux-devices

Are those ports coming from one Network Device or from across your environment? If it is across your environment, maybe it is having issues communicating to the Main Poller/Additional Poller. What is the Polling Method of the devices in question, ICMP or SNMP?
-
Just type in user device tracker in youtube.

I would check the device itself if it goes down same as this particular Interface. You can also check the Polling Interval for this interface.

I'm not really sure of what you are accusing me. Solarwinds Academy is for Training Purposes and does not really cost anything(free). It discusses Alerts, reporting and Basic Function of Solarwinds.. If you find it Funny, then so be it. support.solarwinds.com/solarwinds-academy

The Trigger and the Object is conflicting and redundant. Why would you have the trigger as status as up while on the Object it needs to be either Unknown, down, etc, essentially not equal to up(which is another thing, instead of writing al of those status, you can simply put in not equal to Up). If the Group Status is…

To me. The created alert does not make sense.

I'm not sure on the Engineer's Toolset but on Orion, you can switch between * CISCO-ENTITY-SENSOR-MIB (default MIB) * CISCO-ENVMON-MIB documentation.solarwinds.com/.../core-changing-mib-used-for-polling-hardware-health-statistics-sw1607.htm

is this a question for Engineer's Toolset or Netflow Analyzer?

snmpv2 or snmpv3?

Haven't really done that on my past upgrades. But feel free to do it. Just follows the guidelines below. documentation.solarwinds.com/.../install-prepare.htm

You should have put this on the IPAM page instead of UDT. Nevertheless, kindly check the link below. https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/How-hostname-resolution-works-in-IPAM https://thwack.solarwinds.com/thread/124158
