The AD pictures should be there. We're 2020 !!!!

I agree. This is one of the big gaps within webhelpdesk. A quick way for technicians on the field to record tickets on the fly. Without all the extra's. Just the requester, subject, ticket type & comments. All the other overhead they can finish at certain times on their desk.

Sure. We did this customisation. But it's not quite up to date. It feels dated. The visual layer we can change, but not really the mechanics, feel of the app, ... Didier

Peter, I know this option is present. It’s part of a solution. But I wanted te ICT staff to finish the complete checklist before being able to close the ticket. Now they can check a few items or one & than close the case. Thanks for the followup. Regards, Didier Boydens ICT Manager A.Z. Sint-Augustinus Veurne

Peter, OK. There is a possibility for the moment. But we still have to host the images first before we can show them with * To paste images immediatly in the created KB articles would be so much easier. Regards, Didier Boydens ICT Manager A.Z. Sint-Augustinushospital Veurne

there's a similar question from 2013 with allready 68 backers. Nothing ever done from Solarwinds to adress this issue?

Marc, Thanks for your solution. It's correct but it remains a work around. And with a faq with a lot of pictures a very slow and unefficient process. I'm convinced the only solution is a proper paste function. Regards, D. Boydens Op 11 mei 2018 19:34:53 +02:00, schreef mark.dangelo : <thwack.solarwinds.com>Paste images…

Just found it myself. You can link a specific status type to "denied" or "approved". Then you can link an actionrule to this status to auto-close the ticket.
