I saw this once myself, but only on my PC. I cleared my browsers cache, and it was fine. Not sure if that will help, but it did for me. Do you get the same thing with a different browser?

This might be a little late, since you were evaluating this back in July. Currently, if you didnt find it already, you cannot used Orion Advanced Alerting to alert you on those problems. You can, however, use the Syslog/Trap alert engine that comes with Orion. Not the best of solutions, but its there.

are you able, as a test, to manually login to the device, and use SFTP to transfer the files?

Its possible, but not out of the box. You will need to create a custom property, and assign it to each interface, then you can run your reports/view based on this properly. I tend to do this to flag the Telco on my T1's.

As-is no. You can use the Network Atlas tool with the Discovery to "link" nodes, but you have to put the nodes on a map and then use the "connect now" feature. it would be AWSOME if that functionality was there - feature request?

within the application itself, its one map based on what you scan. If you scan 1 subnet, or if you scan 20 subnets - its one map. if you export to Visio, you can do whatever you wish.

I have it running, and love it. So easy to do.. I think I ended up upgrading my packages - and make sure is "-S" (case is very important.) cant remember doing anything else,.

Yes, I am running as root. I am attempting to simplify our configurations - one syslog entry, one netflow entry. replicating the data from there makes life much easier, for us.

Im assuming since noboy has remarked, commented or anything else on this thread, NOBODY is having the issue, or pushing it as far as I did yet. so far, neither Cisco or Solarwinds has been able to help "fix" the problem, so I have had to make some changes to how I import/monitor ports on the nodes, and hope for the best.…

Issue resolved - changed the way I was logging into the remote device - enabled the "Initial Login requires username/password" field and it magically works...doh..
