Could you provide the case number for your issue? We sometimes make mistakes but I personally have never seen SolarWinds lie to a customer. I'd like to track this down.

This is common and the admin context is the only one that provides a complete set of data for H/A. Member contexts will hide a couple details. I don't think that's the problem.
