Hi Mariusz - It sounds like you have two separate problems. Do you need help getting Kiwi reinstalled? You are saying it won't reinstall for you? I would suggest opening a support ticket so they can get you back up and running and then you all can look at the other problem as well. --Christine

Hi Simon - I believe you opened a support ticket on this one - and the culprit was found to be a "-" in the job name. We have found that to be a bug - that when a "-" appears on the job name - the job will still run, however, it will disappear from the jobs list. We're working on a KB article for this right now. --Christine

Hi Simone - sorry it has taken us a while to reply to you. I imagine you've realized this by now, but if you download a trial of Syslog (or CatTools for that matter), and choose not to license the software - after 30 days it automatically reverts back to the free version. --Christine
